Manufacturing processes nowadays have a extremly high complexity. To improve their efficiency and for the reduction of the manufacturing
cost a simple optimization of the single manufacturing steps is by far not sufficient. In fact the whole manufacturing process and its variants have to be analyzed and evaluated. This includes the
technological relations between the single manufacturing steps as well as the logistical dependencies in its total complexity.Based on a broad knowledge and by using the adequate method we support
the process analysis and the optimization of the manufacturing process. |
