The QFD method has been developed in Japan and is a very helpful instrument at the beginning of the development work. It helps to analyze and evaluate the customers requirements for new products systematically. Based on this you can establish a correlation between
the quality of the solution and the customers wishes and also to the competitors solutions. During this process the so called “House
of Quality” will be established. With the first step the customers voice will be analyzed (What do our customers want?). During the second step adequate solutions will be developed (How can we
